Frequently Asked Questions

Sexotherapy

1.What is sexotherapy and who is it for?
Sexotherapy helps explore and transform the relationship to one’s sexuality, body, limits, and desires. It is for individuals, couples, or those with partners experiencing blockages, pain, or questions around pleasure and intimacy. It is also for people who are satisfied with their sexuality and wish to expand their eroticism and open new doors.

2.What is addressed in sexotherapy?
Topics include difficulties experiencing desire and pleasure, pain during intercourse, sexual trauma, relational difficulties, or the need to better understand and embody one’s sexuality. Beliefs and representations are also addressed to question what one truly desires in intimacy and sexual relationships. Alternative practices are welcome, as well as various sexual orientations and forms of relational dynamics.

3.What is my approach to sexotherapy and why do I refer to it as psycho-sexual-somatic therapy?
My approach is psycho-sexual-somatic and integrative. It combines verbalization, body listening, sensation, exploration, validation, and emotional expression to foster a deep connection with oneself and in relationships. It helps understand behavioral patterns and reconnect with inner resources. I integrate approaches from psychology, somatic experiencing®, meditation, and hypnosis.

Kashmiri Yoga

4.What is Kashmiri Yoga?
Kashmiri Yoga is sometimes compared to yin yoga; it is a gentle and meditative practice that invites a subtle exploration of the body and sensations. It is a path of inner listening, without performance goals.

5.Who are the Kashmiri yoga courses, workshops, and retreats for?
These practices are open to anyone seeking well-being, centering, or a deeper connection with their body. No prerequisites are necessary to participate.
