An Integrative Psychosexual Somatic Therapy Approach

I offer a supportive space for those who wish to explore their sexuality, emotions, and relationship to intimacy and the body in a compassionate and inclusive setting. My approach combines psychosexual somatic therapy and sex therapy, as I believe that true transformation happens through embodied awareness—fully integrating the body and all its sensory and emotional manifestations.

 

This process unfolds within the body, in the present moment, and is centered on personal empowerment. Individuals are encouraged to explore their behavioral patterns, defense mechanisms, and their capacity to connect with their inner resources. These elements not only shape one’s sexuality but also influence daily life behaviors. At its core, this approach fosters deep self-reflection and body awareness, supporting a greater ability to embody and express sexual energy—the vital force of life (Eros).

In our societies, sexuality and emotions are often shaped by conditioning, judgments, and social norms. My approach offers a safe and liberated space where you can reconnect with your body, explore your sensations, and work through emotional memories.
