Private Kashmiri yoga classes follow the traditional approach to yoga teaching. They offer a dedicated space where the student’s needs can be met by adapting the practice accordingly. This is an opportunity to dive deep into this approach and connect it with one’s own perceptions of the world.

It’s about becoming aware of everything that unfolds on the mat and how it translates into daily interactions—with one’s body, oneself, others, and the environment.

Price & Conditions
A one-hour private session costs 130 CHF (in-person in Lausanne or online).
Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance (working days) are fully charged.
If needed, I can travel for home sessions with an adjusted rate.

Birth Preparation

I offer birth preparation sessions where listening and bodily awareness take center stage. These sessions support you throughout the different stages of your pregnancy and adapt to your specific needs. They help you tune into your sensations, emotions, and connect with your body and your baby.

 

They guide you in building confidence in yourself and your ability to give birth, while supporting you in your birthing journey:
